WaiterServer is installed automatically on a cash server (Front) by Resto.Front.Api.Updater plugin.
Force WaiterServer installation by pressing a button on a Front: Plugins -> Check and update plugins.

Reinstall Resto.Front.Api.Updater if there's no such button or nothing happens. Navigate up to the parent directory to find and download Resto.Front.Api.Updater.
